Evaluation is not just something you do at the end of your project to demonstrate the project’s impact; rather it is a systematic, ongoing activity to help you keep your project on track and extract learning to make better decisions, both about the current project and future projects. This chapter expands on this “learning” approach to evaluation so you can implement it at your own organization.
